Not just a Cup of Joe

When Dale and Katy Ripp purchased Crossroads Coffeehouse, a community staple, in 2020 they vowed to keep the previous owner's comfy space a welcoming place for the quaint town's residents, hikers of the Ice Age Trail, and passersby, but wanted to add a few things to make the space not just a local coffee shop, but a community in itself!

Part of the Family

Customer service is of utmost importance to Katy and Dale, and the baristas sure do make you feel like they've known you for years! Always greeting you (By your name) with a smile, they don't just make your drinks, they make your whole day! In a world of convenience on the go, Crossroads urges you to take some time for yourself and stay for that warm coffee drink while relaxing by the fireplace or curling up with a book on the sofa. Maybe you'll meet a new friend as there has never been a time I've been there and haven't had a great conversation with a stranger. It's always such a welcoming feeling.

The Community

Katy, also a Business and Life Coach, loves to invite the community to join activities at crossroads such as a book club, live music nights, vendor events and markets and so much more! Follow them @crossroads_coffeehouse for all the things! And if you see me there, be sure to say hello!

And even more...

Crossroads is Dog Friendly! The baristas love your furry friends and are ready for them with treats and bowls for water. Bring a blanket and let them relax with you!
